Cancellation Policy
Confirmations are required to insure your appointment slot. If a confirmation is not given, your appointment will be canceled. After Two No-Shows, Two Same-Day cancellations, Or Two Failed to cancel appointments occur, a credit card will be needed to hold any future appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment, call the office and please leave a message.
