Cardiac Health:

VEGETABLES: Broccoli, Bok Choy, Kale, Swiss Chard, Cabbage, Red Peppers, Peas, Asparagus, Green Peppers, Winter Squash, Carrots

Alkaline Water: It is important to remember NOT to drink Alkaline water WITH MEALS. The Stomach is highly acidic, this is the 3rd stage of how your food is broken down. If you drink this type of water while you eat, you will throw off the PH in your Stomach while you are digesting. It is best NOT to drink any fluids while eating. Instead, try to drink 1-2 glasses of water 30 minutes before a meal, and 30 minutes after a meal.

Constipation:

∙increase fluid intake + regular 8 -8oz glasses of water

+ table-spoon of Sesame Seed oil or Coconut oil daily

∙Bran from Oats-Wheat- Rice

∙Aloe juice-Honey

Lung Tonic:

FRUIT: Dates; Papaya; Apples, Grapes, Mulberries, Figs, Cherries,
